is registered as (341) on 3714/3/36 General, and

the

enfor consideration wether e duplicate of

No.4 and its enclosures together with a copy of

the proposed telegram to Hong Kong should be

registered on 3714/3/37 General.

I have explained to Major Coles,

Home Office, what is proposed and he agrees with

me that as it is quite clear from Mr. Sean

H.K Lester's letter to the Colonial Secretary of the

17th February that the drugs will be strictly

held in bond and not issued for consumption in

the Colony, there is no necessity for Hong

Kong to be asked to augment the estimates for

the current year which have been furnished for

the League of Nations.
